It has more surprises than most others and that is not going to stop. CER has a habit of going against the trend. That is just the day by day SP. The story changes little since the refinancing arrangements were put in place. It still has the potential to make a few millionaires (It still has a chance of losing money for those same investors even if it is a slim onr as I see things)
