You could make a small fortune on those stocks, but only by starting with a large fortune. Steer very clear.
I'd suggest starting with a few big names such as BHP and RIO in those sectors.
Based on broker research (which generally just states the obvious), I'm buying a lot of AMCOR due to it's global positioning. Ord's have a strong buy on it. It's not going to double in value, but it's not going to loose it either.
