Depends what exactly you mean by "scrap value". With the WBCoffer for the part of the business they want/like being $140 mio spead accross a share pool of 350 odd mio shares (average of 40 cps), it would stand to reason that the absolute base price these shares can fall to is 40 cps. Currently trading at plus / minus 50 cents, meaning the part of the business that will remain with RAMS is effectively worth 10 cents. Is there value in that part of the business at 10 cents per share - my word there is !!!
A lot of selling from people just too scared to hold tight, but this will turn around - slowly, and with some pain along the way, but it will turn around.
