It seems like they have some good projects but lack of liquidity is an issue.
To gain the benefit from being listed - it is relatively expensive for a small company - one assumes that the directors have a plan to develop the company into something much larger, and relatively quickly, otherwise why share the benefits of property development with minor shareholders.
The other alternative would be to privatise it - the top 20 hold in the order of 80%.
