Not very liquid. My concern with this company has been the annual man fees chew up the profits if they don't increase their scale. The Churchill project is excellent. Im happy to see these guys are scaling up their business with things like the Double bay development and the Mt Barker project. Hopefully with this and some new future projects on the go, the company will be able to generate enough annual profits to soak up the annual running costs and deliver us a nice return.
