Pathetic display of 'specialness' on the part of these egocentric women. Surely they can schedule the feeds, before going out for a coffee, as was done in the not very distant past.
The proprietor has every right to request they refrain from breastfeeding in his premises when other customers have complained.
People have had enough. Our local shopping centre has put up signs in the food area requesting that children be kept under control as there have been so many customers complaining regarding noisy children running round the tables as if they are in a playground.
Took my elderly mother shopping recently and her jaw dropped in shock when a little girl of around 5 - 6 years of age just grabbed some beans and started eating them...then the mother aggressively berated my mother, who hadn't actually said anything! No idea of what parenting is about...she thought that was just fine for her darling to be doing this.
