I particularly like the last sentence.

Reads to me as " we will let you know if we ever get around to doing anything" but don't hold your breath.

We don't mind spending your money on expensive world tours but we find it incredibly inconvenient that you shareholders are constantly wanting to be kept informed. It interrupts the spending and breaks the cadence of non performance when we have to keep coming up with excuses to keep you off our backs.

Back off and let us do what we do best.
