This is not a payment deadline we are talking about so I don't see what impact an extra 48 hrs of due diligence will have in Viking's decision.
With no announcement concerning any extension, a good question holders may want to ask management is 'could you even get hold of Viking this week?'
Anyway no leaky boat = no deal IMO
