    Pass Petroleum LLC operates the Fausse Point Exploration Project which comprises oil and gas reserves in Louisiana. The company is based in Oxnard, California. As of October 5, 2009, Pass Petroleum LLC operates as a subsidiary of Verus Investments Ltd.
