I to have been trying to do some DD on Pass and its assets.

What does every one think of the value that Pass brings to the "Merger".

370 million shares is around 9-10 Million dollars.

It seems to me that the $35,000.00 per month / $420,000.00 per year and the rest of the projects requiring further cash injections before returning a profit and now with the success of bongo Pass are getting the better end of the deal.

Pass in excluding their more promising projects from this "Merger" how can it be called a merger when Pass will still be a separate entity when the deal goes through.
