GiddyYup I think you missed my point and please before I continue I really respect your posts both here and regarding other stock.

My point was in respect to the 370 million shares valued at around 9-10 million with current market cap.

Is the pass "Merger" really the best deal we can come up with.

Also its not really a merger as Pass will still be a separate entity.

I hold Vil and have done so for some time but really have not enjoyed the delays with fausse point.

I as a share holder would like to know flow rates of this well so as I can make a proper informed decision and I cant understand why anyone would be happy not having this information.
