    I agree that comparing bank interest with any stock's performance could be seen to be a bit of a joke, just as you suggest.

    e.g. Bank interest can go down to close to 0% whereas an O&G share can become worthless or make you a fortune. Look at KAR at $7 per share.

    If VIL reached $1 I could retire. I will be happy with .5c or better.
