Yes, definitely a cap raising. The hope is that the roadshow is just for priming of investors if either Bongo or FP show more promise (and hence expenditure). If it is for operating cash, then this 1c raising could be a real possibility. The dumps in 1.8c don't look good. Very light market depth now compared to previous weeks.
