Your right about the 80/20 stoney. Real estate's the same 20 % of the sales people earn 80% of the money. The problem is a lot of sales people are merely showing people things and hoping that they will buy. There is a lot of psychology involved in sales. You must obtain affirmation from your potential buyers and be able to close the deal which some times becomes un comfortable so is avoided by many in sales. Any one who say's they will "get back to you" is lost. The theory is the same weather it's new cars or bovine heart sack.
