    Not sure. Usually these companies are very profitable during a property boom. Sales activity is up sharply but this has gone up a long way compared to its earnings, so its earnings are expected to catch up.

    Part of it may be limited oportunity to get into this sector.

    Put simply... it is no longer cheap.
