Hi Volm, I am still surprised by this action in this stock.
I know on PE and projected growth and sales it looks good but I can only feel some brokers must have firm recommendations and be pushing it.
However the sale of Eynesbury gave them a pretty big loss and if things are so good I wonder why they are exiting now in such a big development half way through. Also its about all they had in Victoria. Maybe to concentrate Qld, I don't know.
Notice someone wants it at $1.70 today on open so we'll see how it goes.
I'm hold quite a few but still don't want to get off a moving stock. But this trend must turn soon. Potentially I'm a seller at these levels, or around the NTA. Will be on lookout for any big sellers in there today.
The housing recovery does seem to be gaining momentum and with a new Gov. it could pick up further.
