Had to be quiet til I scrape the absolute last cent together and buy while the sale is on, also there are so many other good options out there so it's a bit of a juggle, however with KNL highly likely to be generating income by mid 2018 with a very strong upside potential from here, both in terms of SP and increase of output in the coming years, this is a long hold for me, even though it's no longer the small share register that appealed to me to begin with, the upgrade in business model from 40 to 60ktpa will more than offset that. Even if SP stagnates during construction, I will be better of holding til production than paying 50% CGT on the parcels I bought in the last 12 months, obviously accepting there is a risk during commissioning time, but having the right people with the right 'Real Word" experience in our team who have done this before and know about the various problems that can occur during that phase, I'm very confident.
