BMC Sorry about delay replying have been at cricket. Not sure what SP estimates you are talking about 4.5 and 1 were the last trading prices. I do have figures supporting various SPs though. 4 Spreadsheets of various combinations of price and production-all of them speculation and Monday may see a big narrowing down. Using conservative figures of $60 for oil and 3.8 for gas (margins $30 and $2.8)on a fully diluted basis I worked out that 4 350 bpd oil wells would put the oppies in the money. I do appreciate that sentiment can change the value of shares but it cannot support or depress them indefinitly. I also appreciate 1 1200 bpd well will instanty put the oppies in the money. I also feel if the oppies come into the money I will have made enough on this share to be happy anyway. Not dogmatic on this one and quite happy change my tune on Monday if warranted.
