100% spot on Pezdog. One would assume that if people are buying VIL, they are of the opinion it's going up. They wouldn't be buying it otherwise. Therefore, if the assumption is VIL is going up, you can get as much bang for LESS dollars by buying VILO. I haven't seen a better buy than VILO this morning at 1c for a long, long time in my opinion. The market simply woke up late.
