I don't think you really understand how options work.

The options can be converted to ordinary shares at a price of 10cents (must be before June 30th).

So, if you buy VILO now at 0.008 you effectively have to pay .108 cents to transfer them to ordinary shares.

Ordinary shares are 0.042 at the moment so with options you have to wait until the ordinary shares pass the conversion rate (.10) before it would be worthwhile converting them.

I have no idea where you are getting figures of $1 = $12.50.
