Factor, you may be right in a sense, that they do not need other funds because they believe that by the time they need funds, after options expire than will be able to get share price higher, based on the wells production.
However, my opinion that they will try to make informative announcements only when they have something to say, i.e. working last few weeks to get the flows better and steady, so when announcement is out the share price is not just reaching highs but will stay there up until 30 June. If they will be giving not solid information it will short-term highs and in the end of the day, when shareholders disappointed it will go back to 4 cents.
So, my point is that they are working to announce something firm in near future, i.e. within 31 working day.
