vilo/vil clarification... please!

    Hi
    I have a question... and apologies if it is a really stupid question.

    I bought VILO yesterday for 0.008cents.

    VIL is currently at 3.4cents.

    Did i buy the option to buy shares in VIL at 10cents by its option expiry on 30 June 2010?

    So does that mean if VIL is below 10cents at 30 June 2010 then VILO is worth zero!?!?!?
