I just wanted to clarify something re THIS POST

As it turns out, for Vimy in this instance, the OTC trading represents 1 share, not an ADR representing 10 shares as stated.

Either some clown has bought 20,000 shares at US .23 or it's been set up that way to catch some unsuspecting investor, so in the US the current market cap of VIMY is $179M lol

I suspect that may be a reason why Vimy trading in the US has been limited.

On a side note, trading OTC in the US is a bit of a nightmare, very little liquidity and you don't get to see the market depth so I think the market makers get you the worst possible price so you have to pay a premium to get in. I aborted my attempt at trying to buy in on a Canadian listing there.
