Unregulated, disregarded, small end of town. ASIC has bigger fish to fry, and these guys, along with all the other parasites in the micro space, know it. If this was large cap big insto investors would have sued. Doing a CR with a stated goal and then doing something completely different. If that is not a breach, i have no idea what is.
