Hi Harvett,

You state that you think we will stay in the usa for sometime yet.
How is that possiable unless we find a partner?
The note clearly states u.s operations are dependant on finding a partner.
No amount of goodwill can overcome that statement.

JH is the one that put that note in there why would he do that and then keep the usa operations open if we dont find a partner?

And as far as being where the market is im sorry we dont have a jv in mexico harv plus if this jv comes off the sales to the mps will make the u.s sales look like a needle in a haystack.

At the end of the day JH placed that note in the half yearly for a reason and thats what started all of this.
Its in there for all of us to see and as far as im concerned its not open to interpratation.
