I thought buyers weren't aware of the reserve price? Odd that they know the value of any of the lots/parcels.

Have the 'so called' disappointed buyers, walked in and assessed that the quality is above their price range?

Maybe there isn't sufficient 'lower' quality for some buyers.

Could be that smaller parcels are needed, to accommodate those with smaller budgets, which can be fixed in future auctions.

I suspect not all the buyers present have deep pockets, hence the disappointment from a couple of buyers.

However, still seems some are very interested even on day 3.

I suspect, that we will be pleasantly surprised when it is finally announced.

Oh, and I am not selling a single share, MUS has a long way to go yet, and this is just the beginning.
