    The art of management is knowing when to act, as well as knowing when NOT to act.

    Terry Burgess's ability NOT to act, in spite of share price falls, and analyst pressure makes me think he and his team are not easily pushed into something unless they believe in the action.

    I am hurting, but I still trust him - thus far.
