I think that's fairly well settled the question of whether Rio have even heard of Extract Resources :-)

not only will Rio have drilling rigs which they may be willing to commit to the project, but just as importantly, there's a world-wide bottle neck for drill core assays and Rio will almost certainly have their own lab.

Another plus is that even though many Extract share holders completely dismissed Kalahari's base,rare and precious metals licences, Rio are not just fixated on u308 and are far more likely to understand the true value and may help to advance some of the other projects.
