The possibilities are only as limited as our imaginations or paranoias even.

Could be any number of things viney Tthere does look to be 2 entities involved, but it could also be;
One entity recycling their holding to create movement.
A potential predator could be taking a foothold.
A nervy insto reducing exposure during deliberations.

My guess is as good as yours and this is just speculation, only time will tell.
