Thanks asf - I take some solace in the fact that this kind of activity may not be unusual for stocks of this nature, and in this position.
Still bullish on this one, I should say - and I stand by my previous comments that BTU's approach is both reasonable and sound.
However, it may be now fair to say that the chance of appeal is high(er)? That'll slow things up a bit potentially - anyone know how that process works? How long can appeals take?
