That goes along way to financing a holding pattern. I let out a little sigh of releif when hearing that;as the current admin bill is a concern without the income fromm Coalbrookedale and Cascade. Very simply 150,000 TPA with a margin of conservatively $180 gives BTU $27mil to stand and fight without eating into reserves.
I also like the point that he made about the Appellants being a bit out on their own; against the local community and people across the country who are aligned with BTU. This should give some weight to the companies negotiating hand.
