my info is that Tate is technically bankrupt and ANZ are pushing him to liquidate his shares.
As usual ANZ is pulling the strings on this one, so anything could happen. surely others will be looking at ETW and in light of poor harvest in 2007 + 2008 this is looking like a good turn around story.
