IMO it's worth more than the entitlement price, given the calibre of the participants (Richard White, Millner, Management etc)... But, til the retail offer closes I suspect buyers will be patient, as you have potential for retail to sell at 11c and throw the money at the offer... Reckon it's a good buy near the raise price 9.8c before the offer ends.... And a shortfall likely but the money goes to good hands...
