Will be interesting to see Retail take up based composition of register at June 17. Seem laser focused as a company right now with positive team changes. Think no brainer taking up to full entitlement to fund VNL being cash flow positive medium term....yes please. Does anyone have insight on how companies generally allocate a Shortfall Facility with retail holders who want to buy additional shares if there is less take up than expected?
