Thanks@Salubrious, last w/ends Australian had Roger Montgomery raving over founder-led stocks and how much he loved them. eg ARB, REH, WTC etc. He highlighted their strong company culture, focus on innovation, long term strategy and alignment of founder's equity stake with that of shareholder's.
Although Richard White cannot be classed as a founder, he has a big stake and we would hope that those founder attributes will filter into the growth and development of our stock.
