Mr White said the only times he stops to reflect on how far the company has come is when asked by other people to think back to the early days of the business.
His drive to get up each day and keep building the business, he says, comes down to his mentality.“I look at problems that exist, the way things are constructed and think how I can make it better than it is already. Most people believe the way things are today is the way they’ll always be. I [find that] quite grinding,”
Mr White said.“I have a healthy disrespect for the status quo … I think, ‘surely we can do better than that’. I have an ability to see things through a different lens and … it’s a powerful driver of value. But it’s not about money, it’s about having a growth mindset and [constantly thinking] of all the things you can do.”
