VNL management have done a great job suppressing the share price and significantly reducing the market cap due to incompetence in filing documents as and when required. Still waiting to see what head gets rolled for the $40m decline in market cap since the trading halt to fix it all. Investor confidence is low, and just when they had good momentum.
