conservatively, that requires a profit of $30M annually. Optimistically, we could achieve that with a profit of $10M.
hmm... I would have to wait till 2H FY25 to find out how the combined business is coming along and how much of the revenue is recurring business.
I would be watching the Q4 FY24 to form an estimate.
