That's one way to look at it. It's a view I consider as a worst case scenario (which is pretty darn good to me)... But why does a set of hungry directors and prominent investors need a full short/medium term exit strategy?
Taking the bull case view.... one that directors usually have in mind otherwise what's the point of working in a startup, if this went to $2bn MC in 3-5 years they would've no doubt been more dilution to get there. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to sell chunks of their hold (which would be worth millions) if needed off market to interested instos and index funds if VNL continues to achieve success as exhibited best by Songtradr's continually growing identical strategy of disrupting/servicing the gigantic money flows within the global music industry.
That would just be a drop in the volume bucket at that point.
