Context for anyone new to the forum - Songtradr owns just under 20% of VNL with convertible debt and options to take this higher.
Paul Wilshire - the CEO of Songtradr, has invested personally and is T10.
Songtradr is a privately held music tech business and based on the capital raise late last year is valued at 20x revenue ($45m).
This is the yardstick I personally use to value VNL. On the current $10m revenue I see fair value at >$200m (listed companies generally trade at a higher multiple)
