A valid question. Can the management team manage all these moving parts. I think this is a concern but I'm not really interested in answering it in detail. I'm more focused on investing in VNL based on your last question about the overall goal, I think it's the most important.
I heard (AFR?) Richard talking about VNL well before his 11m investment. He said the management team really lived by his playbook that he lives by (obviously for running Wisetech). So what is that playbook? It's about building an ecosystem around a core product. That means acquisitions are never for the purpose of growing revenue or profit. I know less than everyone here about VNL's ecosystem and core product (so please share) but the data and technology side of things excite me. And the other components create a sticky ecosystem involving many music industry stakeholders. I also know Richard has a lasting influence on the direction of the company.
