Is liquidity a factor with VNL?
Doing some rough calcs on our restricted holders:
Approx: RW 34% / Songtradr 19.95% / Josh 2.71% / Paul W 2.69% / Ken G 1.64%
Thats approx. 60% tied up in 'connected parties' with trading restrictions.
Running some numbers based on the last set of financials, the t20 holds >70%
Assuming the next funding round is placed with like-minded investors who see significant upside, we should see VNL continue to rerate from a lack of supply alone.
