they would have to disclose it if so. I hope this is not a takeover in the making at this price. but thinking about it further that video interview could be viewed equally as a sales pitch to prospective buyers of the company as well as investors.

I said in another post that being a shareholder of this company is not for the faint hearted but my attitude is there's no way I'm selling at this price under any foreseeable circumstances and if that means I lose the investment at some time then so be it...it will be a hard lesson learned but learned nonetheless.
