    Unfortunately you wrote it like you knew it to be true which casts doubt on all of your posts. You wrote it like it was a fact. We would all like the think WGL management are looking after us with something special but that doesn't give us the right to post guesses as fact. It was logical (hopeful) to guess it was an exclusive upgrade but it isn't.
