    I've seen a lot worse grammar from much bigger companies. Not worried about that at all.

    Giving 12 months free to anyone who asks for it, that worries me. Would have been happier with 3 months tbh. If you can't convince a customer to pay for a service after 3 months then there's something wrong imo.
