I think the 18 august date is not the date he dumped all the shares shown on the notice. it would have been dumping over a number of days, riding the wave to 22c.

Looking at the notices he had 72m shares on 24 June. By 18 august he had sold 33m of them. according to marketindex today he has 14m. So sold another 25m since 18 august...at somewhere between 400% and 800% of the 24 June share price.

He's a rich man today!
