Viphar, you are not alone. Me too dont have good way to deal with losses,I made mistakes that gave back most I earned if not all or more.I know exactly how you feel and I think so do many others, including those good traders who are doing well now.Most of them been there.
Dont feel bad and learn from it, try to get your confidence back. thats what I am doing now. Always have a target and stop before placing an order. I am repeating it to you and I am repeating it to myself. always always always.
