At a quick glance it seems to me that you have absolutely no exit target in mind when entering a trade, in addition your risk limit hasn't even been considered given you have let your losses increase by holding PEN from 6c to 4.6c with a top up @ 5.7c (a fairly big no no)...
On the bright side, PEN does look like it might have found a floor. Here is the chart..
As for FML, this also looks ok. Make sure you keen an eye on the support and resistance levels. Here is a quick chart.
