While the share price is taking a bit of a breather I thought I'd do some growth rate calculations.
The chart below shows how many days it will take to get to 10 million subscribers. I've used a starting point of 25,000 initial subscribers from the beta testing (these are acquired or paid subscribers. I didn't check the announcements to get the exact current number of subscribers that ZipTel has, but if someone knows this number it wouldn't take more than a few minutes to adjust the chart to suit).
I don't know how these things work in practice, but if we worked with a daily growth rate of between 1% and 5% (blue and purple curves) it would take somewhere between 126 days and 606 days to achieve 10 million subscribers.
I believe these are conservative growth rates.
