I seem to recall it was destined to run through 2010 and into 2011? May well be wrong.

Where did you find the 6 people? That sounds wrong. Also, the latest announcement states that 246 patients were enrolled.

FDA approval was part of it, and they discussed closing early with them. Let's see what they say in good time. I agree, this is possibly the biggest risk to Avexa. Also they closed it early to flush out the potential partners.

In my opinion, if we don't have a partner by the time FDA comes around to approving/rejecting, I'll be bitterly disappointed already.
